You were initially out of stock of the item that I had pre-paid for, which wasn't good practise. However, the man who phoned me to explain was very pleasant and knowlegeable, and managed to upgrade me to a keyboard that he considered to be of a better quality. I have yet to see how good the sound on the keyboard is, as it is a Christmas present for my grandson.
