The initial service of ordering a Yamaha piano was faultless from order to receipt – the piano was also on sale at a very competitive price. However, we had a small issue with a Yamaha cash-back promotion. I contacted Rimmers by email and within minutes had a telephone call from Andrew (I’ve never had a swifter response to an email – well done Andrew). The issue was immediately resolved and Yamaha have now processed our cash-back request. Well done Rimmers, great communication and service.
