The purchase of the piano proved to a bit confusing as we weaved our way thru the website.
My issue was with deliver; I couldn't do the Thursday, which was the 'next day delivery, so we paid for Friday. It was meant to arrive between 8am-6pm, but only the headphones and piano stool arrived. Piano - no Show! This was 3.30pm. Tried the Track and Trace to no avail. Eventually got thru the Rimmer's in Leyland, who got back in touch after 4.30pm said they collected piano late and was on the van but no way could be delivered by 6pm that Friday. My heart sank!! To cut long story short- piano came about 1pm Monday. I think there is definitely an issue with logistics and needs relooking at. I, by rights, should get my £5.00 back as we had to pay for Friday delivery.
Piano itself is gorgeous! Lived up to my expectations.
