Left a message via the website on a Wednesday evening asking about delivery options for a Roland Fantom and got a callback first thing the next morning. Very helpful on the phone so I purchased there and then for delivery Friday after 11.00 am as I would be home from work just after then. It is most unusual for a courier to wait any time at all, the TNT driver had been waiting an hour! Best purchase and delivery service I have ever had. Thank you Rimmers Music, I will be buying from you again.
