Rightio do not even deserve 1 star - Account managers are rude and unhelpful. After a service on my boiler I have had issues with my heating and informed i was then infomred i may need a new pump although after the service all was in working order. After 3 calls to the service center to see what was happening with my outstanding job, I was informed the work was not covered due to my contract going LIVE later in the month. In the end due to the rudeness of the service manager Azir I have cancelled my account. An absolute disgrace leaving a child with no heating after wok that they have carried out.
