I was surprised to be put through to an 'agency' rather than directly to a local firm, as requested through Google. However, the service was good. Expensive!! - £185 to fix a leaky cistern, when a plumber friend (sadly not local) could have replaced the whole loo for less than that. The plumber who came out was very friendly, helpful, and super polite - a real credit to your team.
