Excellent customer service. They assisted me with a query about the Zero 9 and were very knowledgeable about the product and manufacturer. They are one of the primary dealers of the Zero brands and service them. They even said that I can post it to them if I needed it servicing any time. There are a number of videos online for the Zero scooter brand which gives guidance on servicing too so seems to be a well supported brand. Unpacked my Zero 9 this evening and there is a real sense of a quality build. Currently on charge and can't wait to take it for a blast. Delivery time was fast too received in 48hrs. Very highly recommended!
