This is the first I'm using Ride+Glide website to purchase a set of brake pads for my Zooz Urban Ultralight 750. The delivery standard method was swift that within 2 days I received the item. But instead two pairs of brake pads I received only one pair. A quick phone call to their customer service and I was advised that the other pair is on its way. I got them already and I am satisfied with the outcome.
