Really great customer service. I ordered the wrong item so emailed to have it exchanged. I needed the item urgently as I was leaving the country so the customer care person made an effort to send it immediately. I returned the wrong item on Thursday by post and had the replacement on Friday via DHL, as well as a refund for the price difference. Thank you!
