Not specifically just this purchase but 5* company through and through, I bought an Apollo City Pro from these guys about 6 months ago. It's been an amazing purchase, delivered quickly, very fun and has shortened my commute to work considerably. However it had as few manufacturing problems (stem and sticky throttles), but when I contacted Ride + Glide about these issues they were more than happy to collect it, repair/replace "Faulty" parts, they were even able to add on a "tyre replacement" to the work order for me that I paid a very fair fitting price for. Their support was wonderful, Amy I believe I delt with. Kind and friendly, quick to reply and got my issues handled swiftly. Would definitely recommend Ride + Glide as a seller.
