I'm very happy with the customer service and the Guitar I bought from RTM. I want to credit Epiphone for a brilliant inexpensive Guitar. I see no flaw in the finish or playability. it really stands up to some of my more expensive Gibson and Fender models. Anyway, RTM were brilliant in contacting me once my order was made. Upon arrival the Guitar was double boxed (perfect). To my surprise, they even set the Guitar up beautifully. The intonation and action were perfect. a quick tune up and I was ready to go. you don't get that kind of service from most suppliers. Keep it up RTM. thanks, Mr Tyler
