I had the experience of Richardson and Starling this week to deal with some damp issue in my walls. They are not a company I was familiar with, However, I would totally reccommend their service. From first contact, they kept me informed the plan of action, made arrangements for workmen to arrive on site, workmen were always on time, very friendly and helpful, found the issue very quickly and resolved the issue, removed old plaster etc from the walls, provided a plumber, reinstated the walls, and re plastered walls. Work was completed in a very professional manner, kept site clean and tidy as they worked away, protective sheeting and floor coverings all provided and was 100% satisfied with tge quality of Service from start to finish and am very satisfied indeed withe the quality of the end product.
