Contacted the Dundee branch to seek advice on having cavity wall insulation extracted. Received prompt, courteous service from that initial telephone call, and then also from Allan Brown who my query was passed to. Allan gave reassuring advice and arranged to carry out a survey within a few days.
I would definitely recommend the Dundee branch and would use again if I ever need similar work done again in the future.
