I instructed this firm to look at some damp which had developed. The survey was thorough, I received advice, a quote was produced and very reasonably priced. Having given the go ahead I found them very obliging with suitable dates which was a great help. The person i dealt with was very approachable and pleasant and I was kept fully advised of all developments. The workmen arrived on time each day, were very helpful and polite and explained the process and what I should expect. I was satisfied that every precaution had been taken to minimise the inevitable covering of dust. Once the walls had been stripped and whatever voodoo they do was done the plasterer made an excellent job at putting the walls back and left the property taking all rubble and dust sheets with him. The experience was one I dreaded but the chaps made it as stress free as was possible. I would highly recommend this company for both customer care and value for money.
