Getting flat roof replaced, I warned Richardson & Starling that I would probably need woodworm treatment. This was apparent when the old roof was removed. R&S managed to get a surveyor out within a couple of hours in the early afternoon and he confirmed treatment was needed. As the roofers needed to get on with the job, time was critical. R&S sent me a quote by email later in the afternoon, and when I accepted they arranged for an operative to do the job the next morning, fitting in the treatment with the roofers' activities. Wonderful service from R&S (Sarah (office), Steven (surveyor) and Neil (operative). I cannot reccomend them too highly.
