Mr Niven came and told me what needed to be done. He emailed it that afternoon. The office was efficient in fixing a time for the work. Murdo and Michael came and found that a roof repair had not been done properly by another company. They took a video and told me about it. That was so helpful as I would not have known. They completed their work. I found everyone helpful pleasant and efficient.
