I am really happy with the damp-priofing work completed by Richardson and Starling. It was completed as described and the contractor was exceptionally well organized and very clean tidy despite it being a messy job. I felt that the communication could have been better leading up to completion of the job. I had to chase a few times for a date, appreciate it was around the Christmas period, but a quick email stating closure period over Christmas would have helped, as the work I was getting done was linked to other work and it caused unnecessary minor delays. Overall though I'd recommend them.
