I contacted Richardson & Starling to treat my property for woodworm. Mr Arthur Blower came out and surveyed the property he was very knowledgeable and a few days later I was sent the pack with the price, which was very reasonable for the work to be carried out. I kept Richardson & Starling informed on the progress to get the property ready for spraying. I was contacted by Darcy and Greg once to see if I was ready as they had an opening they were both very polite and professional. The first two times the property wasn't ready to be sprayed. I contacted the office last week to say we were ready and they fitted me in over 2 days this week. I them received a call on Monday to ask if Tuesday would be okay as they had an opening and it would only be one day to spray the property with 2 men. I accepted this date and today Mike and Evan arrived. It only took them half a day to spray as the floorboards and roof space had been opened up for them and most of the cobwebs had been removed from the roof timbers. Both Mike and Evan were very professional and I would highly recommend Richardson & Starling's Dumfries branch.
