Bill the surveyor was delightful, informative and reassuring. The work all went according to plan. Two years later, there was an issue arising from the original work, and this is where it's crucial to hire a professional company like Richardson and Starling: they came back and fixed the issue, without quibble. Throughout the process Jacquie in the office kept us well informed, Daryn the manager regularly came by to check on the progress, and the scaffolders and roughcasters hired by the company cheerfully went about their work, covid compliant, and during quite unpleasant weather. We are so glad we chose such a reputable company to do our work.
