Used Richardson and starling for some woodworm in a new property. They came round to inspect quickly and commenced work a short while after. The initial inspector and the guy who did the treatment were both very professional and explained what was needed, and how they would do it. It is quite difficult access to the eaves areas which was needing treated, but they just cut one small access hatch and got it done. They give a 30 year guarantee, so hopefully I won't need to use them again, but I would recommend to others, for woodworm treatment at least.
