I was very worried about a possible damp patch in my Aberdeen property. I contacted Richardson and Starling and they came free of charge within the week. Steven McLeavy was courteous and 'Covid aware'. He took time to explain the issues, inspect the relelvant areas and reassure me that no further work was required. This initial visit was free of charge and I was delighted that no work needed to be carried out.
