Contracted Richardson and Starling to sort out a flooring issue in our new home. Great service from the original call and survey to the work being completed. Kept informed about booking for the work and the technicians arrived on time and were really efficient, work done and left it all tidy. Thanks very much to Kev and Mike, felt mean not even being able to make them a cup of tea due COVID restrictions but at least we were able to get the work done, thank you to everyone involved from Arthur to Kev and Mike and all in between.
