I was initially unable to obtain the advice I needed to meet the deadline dates from my employer to attend a Management Investigatioh Hearing so eventually I was passed to a different solicitor at another office who did have capacity to advise me in the required timescale, I was then given practical and helpful legal guidance to enable to to attend this first investigative meeting with my manager and Chair of Trustee so that this meeting could be conducted fairly despite my employers almost total lack of experience and ability to manage staff disciplinary matters in line with the agencies relevant procedures Following this having received and read the MI a report from my line manager I completed a very detailed critical analysis of this myself which I sent to the solicitor advising me. Our subsequent telephone discussion I did not consider to be very helpful in enabling me to consider the options ahead of me and the pros and cons of each including my preference to resign my post. The staff with whom I spoke were however all polite and reassuring
