I ordered a bucket for my Kabota mini trackhoe. Couldn't get there tracking app to work. So called customer service after a few days. Fed X lost it in route. They promptly sent another. It arrived relatively soon. They also said that they were in the process of changing their tracking system.
They have some of the best customer service that I have ever dealt with.
The bucket that I ordered fit perfectly and seems tobe of excellent quality.
