I ordered a 36" digging bucket for a kubota u35-4 excavator. The price was great, shipped the same day and had it within 4 days! That in itself is great customer service. One of the teeth had a manufacturing defect and broke almost immediately upon use (those things sometimes happen). The remaining teeth have been fine. Contacted customer service, they answered fast, pulled up my account and sent me replacement teeth for free because of the circumstances. I have had a wonderful experience with them and plan to buy from this company again!
