We are lucky that Reynolds Blinds is local to us here in Kings Heath. We found the customer service to be as good as we could have hoped. The fitter, Derek was excellent, arriving a little earlier than we expected but we like early. We had been warned that the fitting might take an hour and a half but he was finished in just over half an hour. Well impressed with the quality of our blinds and the fitting.
