Catalogue of errors:
1. Salesperson came without metal blind samples when we had made our preferences clear well in advance.
2. We had to wait approximately one month before the installation date. The installer came without the required fixtures to complete the job, complained about the cost of drill bits he had to use and tried to persuade me to sign a document to state the job was completed. He stated he would be back at the end of the same week to complete the job, when it was pointed out that the job was incomplete.
3. The installer then lied to his manager and stated that he hadn’t given the completion date.
4. Manager advised me there is nothing they can do to complete the job until additional fixtures arrive, even though they knew about the requirements and measured up approximately five weeks ago.
