Perfect fit venetian blinds keep on breaking. The cord gets too loose so they don't stay up when slid up to open. Then when they get returned to the factory who tighten the cord and return them, the cord eventually breaks because it was too tight.
This pattern has repeated itself on all 7 perfect fit blinds ordered, in some cases 3-4 times per blind. To start with, the warranty covered it then Reynolds started charging for repairs each time, but the repairs weren't any better. Put another way, the fundamental design of the product is not fit for purpose.
