Extremely poor customer service, struggled to arrange an appointment for a consultant to visit for a quote, once arranged company called to try to rearrange on numerous occasions, on day of appointment received a call to cancel due to an ‘emergency’. Now waiting for call back from Nick, do not use this company, I don’t understand how they are still in business.
