This is mythird banner fromBannersonthe Cheap my first order theArtworkwas cut off and upon taking it out of the packaging the protective endcap came off causing part of the banner to come loose. I immeadiately called the company and therepresentative asked for my order number asked toto take apicture of it and send it in,and upon reciept of the pic a replacment banner would be sent. That was in 2021,its now 2023 needless to say even after several follow up calls and a couple of emails to date no replacement. Perhaps the order I just placed for a friend will be better. Colors were great,materials were okay, other than that I suggested getting the upgraded stand perhaps that would be assembled to last longer than a few uses.
