I tried 4 or 5 times to upload our artwork and was unable to do that. I got a message that said artwork was uploaded successfully but when I tried to view the proof, I received an error message. Please contact me at paulawhite107@gmail.com or by phone at 210-710-6335 so we can correct this since we must have it by next Tuesday, August 23, 2022 The last several times I ordered a retractable banner from you, I had no problems uploading our artwork. Please advise. Thank you.
