Although there were too many phone calls from them no messages were left for me. I was at work or busy most of the times when the calls were made. I had a look at their website as they had been recommended to me by my solicitor so I wanted to check. Their prices seemed very reasonable so I called them up. Andy Finch, the customer advisor I spoke to was really helpful, without being pushy and gave me the options. I said I'd have a look at other companies and let him know. I found a cheaper quote and contacted him and said if he match it I would take the plan. They did and I also got the option to pay the remainder of the fee interest free over 5 years and got £50 Love to shop vouchers too!!
