I had bought this breakdown for my son. Initially given a time of an hour but they kept changing the arrival time. Took 4 hours, the recovery truck came from Burnley, we are in Blackpool!!!!
They were quick enough to take the £40 payment based on totally unrealistic timings.
Avoid.
