Totally pathetic.
Repaircare cannot be bothered to arrange appointments for anything other than whole day or inform you of the progress of the job.
In our case, the part we needed was apparently obsolete but nobody bothered to inform us until we queried it because the engineer, who had promised to return on a particular day to fit the part, just didn't turn up. Then noted job was down as complete on their website. Difficult to contact by phone and don't bother messaging them, because they don't reply.
