I sent in a perfectly functioning Samsung S4 mobile but with a cracked outer screen which was replaced for a sum of £50 but on its return the handset was found to be faulty so I rang them to discuss this matter but no answer so I left a voicemail message for them to contact me and also an email was sent but I have never had an answer to either and that was around 9 months ago! The phone was sent back to Samsung for repair and it has worked faultlessly ever since so all in all a very expensive screen repair but the most alarming part of this sorry affair is the appalling customer service from this company..... no more to say really.
