Absolutely horrendous service. Sadly I trusted them with my iPhone 7 of which was given back to me in a state beyond economical repair - they do not have the equipment to fix iPhones and therefore heat up the phones to a damaging temperature to remove the parts - causing the iPhone to permanently break. I also now have missing elements of the phone such as the screws and the plate which is designed to hold all internal components in place. The staff are extremely rude and also not accepting liability and have even gone to the extent of creating a fake receipt on their system to try and suggest I went in a couple of days earlier and have stated 'dead device' as the initial diagnosis. This never happened as I wasn't even in the country a couple of days prior. I am now pursuing legal action as I cannot get any further with the company.
