I have paid out £230 and was promised my fridge freezer would be repaired in 48 hours by Jake. I heard nothing for 24 hours and chased up and after ages got through and eventually an engineer got in touch to say they can't come out until next WEdnesday! 6 days not 48 hours. I would not have booked with you if I had known and have now been told I will lose the money if I cancel!! That's not good
