On the whole a good experience. I reached out to the online chat for availability a few times and each time they were pretty responsive on one occasion the online chat was in effective so I called and got a knowledgeable person. The free samples were delivered on time and a good size and quality. Delivery occurred as expected. The worst part was the delivery part just dumping it at the back door without even knocking and it was raining luckily it wasn’t a carpet although well wrapped! Would use again would prefer a different delivery partner though
