I needed a hard-wearing room divider of differing heights The one that I found was made of oak and although I needed to plane it down to the correct height I was able to complete the job to my satisfaction. The only minus point was that it was sold as a mole grey colour and when it arrived it was nothing like mole grey. I could see that a wood stain had been applied to the wood but it was a one-coat covering when it really needed two or three coats and then a polyurethane wood sealer applying to prevent the colour from bleeding when wet. It would be better if the wood had been sold as natural wood. However, I bought the products needed to complete the job and it looks good. The price was reasonable so I overall I would recommend the product.
