Initial contact good. Waiting for three samples, not good. Delivery of the samples was to the wrong address, plus there was only one sample of the wrong type, but the right colour. The correct three samples were eventually received and one of them chosen to order 160 carpet tiles.
We waited, a further not so wee
while, for these tiles to be delivered from Holland. Time from start to receiving the product - nearly four weeks. Too long? You decide.
