I'm not happy with the customer service.
First I was waiting around 3 weeks for my vinyl flooring and after all it came damaged. Unfortunately the damage was at the end of the roll so couldn't see, flooring was already fitted and the company said that they can't do refund or replacement because the floor have been fitted...
