I'm only reviewing because I was invited to by Remland. Ordered vinyl 28/12/20 and received the wrong product 06/01/21. I raised the issue 07/01/21 and was promised next day collection upon which the correct Vinyl would be sent out. This didn't happen. I had to arrange with the courier and subsequently didn't get the wrong product collected until 11/01/21.
Remland's policy is not to send out the correct product until the wrong one has been collected. I emailed twice and they could not give me an ETA on my Vinyl therefore I cancelled the order. Fitter appointment missed.
Awaiting the refund which they have promised 13/01/21
