The service I received from Relax Sofas & Beds was excellent. I spoke to them several times on the phone once asking for the deliver date to be delayed and once to add to order & both handled brilliantly. Delivery went smoothly & on time and sofas & footstools are great. Only slight disappointment is the back feet on the sofas aren’t wood, they’re plastic. Not sure whether this could’ve been changed, I would have had wooden had I’d realised.
