I’ve had Life Insurance with Regency for 2 years. I turned 66 in this last covered year. I just tried to renew for 2023 and was denied. The reason?
“ We would like to inform you that we could only provide life coverage up to the age of 65 years old. We are afraid that since you have already reached the age of 66 years old, the policy could no longer be renewed”.
So, Regency will be happy to take your money while you’re young, but they don’t want to risk having to pay off a settlement as you age. I still haven’t seen this policy in their ‘Fine ‘Print’.
