This company actually reaches out with help topics and solutions. Jenny is one who exemplifies this and it is much appreciated, she deserves positive recognition.
This is just one of many reasons that caused me to choose Regency for my health care coverage. Sadly it is the lack of this customer commitment from my last health care company that directed me to go with Regency. Regency demonstrates a true commitment to great customer service.
