Exceptional service and a cast iron no-quibble returns policy. Highly recommended. I ordered a replacement ink cartridge for an Epson PictureMate 100 printer ( Epson original long out of production). Unfortunately, the cartridge was not recognised. I spoke to Refresh and without hesitation a replacement was sent which arrived next day. This cartridge was recognised but the printer would not print - probably due to age. Again, I spoke to Refresh (Tasha?) and having explained the problem a full refund was given; it was posted within the hour. Exceptional service thank you.
