I have been a customer with refresh cartridges for a number of years. Their cartridges have always worked on my Cannon printer and my Hewlett-Packard printer.
I had a problem only once with a cartridge which had passed it’s llifeing date which was my fault. Out of the goodness of their heart they sent me a free replacement.
Staff have been friendly and helpfull, when I had a need to ring and contact the company.
I will not change to any other company. For me, they are the best.
