We liked the whiteboard - it works well with the toolkit (pens, wiper etc.) but we had one issue. We wanted to mount the board vertically, not horizontally. Unfortunately, the pen holder was too long to fit. So we had to hacksaw off about a 2 inches to make it fit. Now it works OK. But when it's stated that it works either horizontally or vertically, beware....
