I received prices & details for 4 removal firms straight away, which was good. On contacting/being contacted by them, it turned out none of them were actually quotes. All wanted to visit before providing a revised price, which was fine, and all prices were different to the quotes initially provided - some substantially so. Good site to get details of local companies, and I never felt pressured/spammed as can be the case with some aggregator sites, but I think 'estimates' would be a more accurate description than 'quotes'.
