One conveyancing quotation received and a phone call from someone that couldn't justify some of the charges. I'll follow up the quotation received but my advice is to telephone a few local conveyancing companies / solicitors. Having used conveyances a few times over the last few years I'd recommend using a local company that you can visit in person and chase.
